This detached 4 bedroom villa is situated in Campoverde, which is located on the southern Costa Blanca. The village is 10 minutes by car to the local beaches. Bars and Restaurants are all within walking distance of the villa. Six golf courses are close by.
The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, open plan living/dining and kitchen. Large covered terrace, private pool, 7 seater. Jacuzzi this is available from the 1st May until 31st October, BBQ area with loungers, tables and chairs, large solarium area.
The villa has steps leading to the accommodation, which would make it unsuitable for wheelchair access.
The open plan living/dining room comprises of two large sofas, English TV and DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs, a large air-conditioning unit services this area.
The kitchen comprises of oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher and is fully equipped for a large family. A washing machine is located in the utility room.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, the bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with twin beds, shower room and a large solarium.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Two bedrooms have air-conditioning units; all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
