This is a 2 Bedroom bungalow that Sleeps: 4
Main bedroom has double bed , beside tables Fitted wardrobe and a chest draws.
Bedroom 2 has 2 Single beds beside tables Fitted wardrobe and a chest draws.
In the living/dining room you have the coffee table, 4 chairs and dinning table. There is a TV (no English TV channels),
You have a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is washing machine for your use.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Other Property Features: Ceiling fan in both bedrooms there is also a stereo radio.
External Features: At the front of the property a Balcony, On the rooftop solarium with its breath taking views you will find table and chairs and sun lounges. Gated community pool, accessible via key (provided) adult pool plus children's paddling area with shallow swimming pool.
The perfect place for for a holiday in the sun with good beaches The nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf (The Villamartin just 3min away click on to the golf site for more information, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
The Villa is near the 14th Fairway at Villamartin Golf Club Torrevieja Spain.
Reliable and reasonable local taxi service and car hire service. Airports are only 45 minutes from Alicante and only 20 minutes from Murcia.

Hight Season £295 (July & August.)
Mid Season £250 (May, June & September)
Low Season £185 (October to April)
Changeovers any day of the week subject to availability.
