This detached 5 bedroom villa is situated in La Zenia, which is located on the southern Costa Blanca. The villa is 5 minutes by car to the local beaches. and 2 minutes from local Bars and Restaurants are all within walking distance of the villa. Six golf courses are close by.
The property comprises of 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower room, open plan living/dining and kitchen. Large covered terrace, BBQ area with loungers, tables and chairs, large solarium area.
The villa has steps leading to the accommodation, which would make it unsuitable for wheelchair access.
The open plan living/dining room comprises of two large sofas, English TV and DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs, a large air-conditioning unit services this area.
The kitchen comprises of oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and and is fully equipped for a large family. A washing machine is located in the utility room.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, the bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.
