Welcome to Property 007
One bedroom apartment in Torrevieja sleeps up to 4. The 1st floor apartment is situated in a gated and locked residential complex and comprises lounge-dining area, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking the communal pool and across the road there is a local park which can be seen from the patio which is located at the front of the apartment.
In the living room you will find sofa bed, TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc), DVD player, music system (you will need to bring your own CD’s), dining table and 4 chairs, floor standing lamp, ceiling fan light. In fact all you need for a quiet night in.
There is a well equipped kitchen and crockery, glassware and cutlery for 4 people there is also washing machine. The rest of the area comprises of dining area and breakfast bar. There is ironing board and iron for you to use.
In the bathroom you have a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan light there is a box on the wall as you walk in the door with keys to un-lock the bicycles these are located at the bottom of the stairs. A portable heater is available for the winter months for your use and there is a heater in the bathroom.
Outside the living room you have the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs. The balcony overlooks the communal swimming pool and the park (there is a photo below of the park) with children’s play area a grassed area with palm trees and seating where you can watch your children play with safety.
Fresh Bed linen is on the bed, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel will be provided for each guest. (Beach towels are available from our agents at an additional cost).
The owners have requested that the apartment is non-smoking however there are plenty of areas for you to smoke outside
