Welcome to Property 009
This 3 bedroom Villa that sleeps up to 9 is in Torrevieja. The communal pool is situated in a gated and locked residential complex. The villa comprises of a lounge/dining area, double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, also down stairs shower room and kitchen and balcony area to the front and rear. There is a roof terrace
Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises sofa bed, armchair, English sky TV,coffee table, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, table top lamp, ceiling fan light and pictures. Off the living room you have patio doors leading out to the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs.
To the rear of the living/dining room you have akitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the kitchen.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, and wardrobe. Patio doors lead out to the balcony.
The second and third bedrooms has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and lamp.
There is an iron and ironing board and there are heaters available for the winter months.
Bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel will be provided per guest. Beach/pool towels are available from our agents at an additional cost.
The owner has requested that this is a non smoking apartment; however there are plenty of places out side.
There is air con in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room there is an extra charge for this witch is paid to or agents cost= €60 per week
The complexes communal pool with large tiled area and lawn-ed garden is located to the rear of the property. In the front garden you have a jacuzzi for your use
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches The nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
