In the living/dining room you have the coffee table, 4 chairs and dinning table.
You have a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is washing machine located in the utility area off the kitchen.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Other Property Features: Air conditioning, Ceiling fan in the living/dinner and both bedrooms there is also a stereo radio.
External Features: At the front of the property you have a brick built BBQ, Balcony, there are 4 sun beds, and a garden table and 4 chairs.Gated community pool, accessible via key (provided) adult pool plus children's paddling area with shallow swimming pool.
The perfect place for for a holiday in the sun with good beaches The nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
There are some excellent walks in the pine woods nearby and the apartment is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for water sports including scuba diving.
The Villa is near the 16th Fairway at Villamartin Golf Club Torrevieja Spain.
Reliable and reasonable local taxi service and car hire service. Airports are only 45 minutes from Alicante and only 20 minutes from Murcia.
Changeovers any day of the week subject to availability.
