This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that sleeps up to 6 is in Torrevieja. IT is situated in a gated and locked residential complex and comprises lounge/dining area, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony area.
Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises sofa bed, armchair, TV and DVD player, music system (please take your own CD’s), coffee table, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, table top lamp, ceiling fan light and pictures. Off the living room you have patio doors leading out to the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs.
To the rear of the living/dining room you have the breakfast bar and kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the utility area off the kitchen.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, and wardrobe. Patio doors lead out to the balcony.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and lamp.
There is an iron and ironing board and there are heaters available for the winter months.
Bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel will be provided per guest. Beach/pool towels are available from our agents at an additional cost.
The owner has requested that this is a non smoking apartment; however there are plenty of places 0ut-side
The complexes communal pool with large tiled area and lawned garden is located to the front of the property.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches The nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
