This super 2 Bedroom, 1st floor apartment, sleeps up to 6 and is located at the popular Villamartin. It has a comfortable lounge and fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is within easy reach of three world-famous golf courses and some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Also, it’s a great base for exploring the region. Whilst the apartment is within easy walking distance of local amenities, including the numerous bars, restaurants and supermarket at Villamartin Plaza, a car is recommended to explore the attractions the wider area has to offer, including the hills and terrific scenery that lie just inland.
There are some excellent walks in the pine woods nearby and the apartment is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for water sports including scuba diving.
The apartment has a terrace which receives the summer sun from afternoon until sunset. Both bedrooms benefit from large double fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space the main bedroom has on suit. There is a TV, DVD/CD player. There is English TV (with sky sports 1,2,3 and sky movies you also have premier plus) Please feel free to bring along your own CDs and DVDs too. This apartment is fitted to a high standard
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches The nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
A well-kept communal swimming pool, is a few minutes’ walk away.
Please note the owners have requested that this is a none smoking apartment. However there are plenty of places out side that you are welcome to use
