2 bedroom townhouse that sleeps up to 4,and is located in La Mata
This townhouse is located only a minutes walk from La Mata’s sandy beach click on Local Beaches on the Rentals main page. The sea view from terrace and roof terrace are breath takeing.
Local amenities are within walking distance. There is a regular bus service to Torrevieja town and Alicante. However there are bars and restaurants (Mercadona supermarket and shops) are within easy walking distance.
There are Golf courses within a short drive see link on rental page where you can see the corses or book a round.
When you walk up the external stairs to the front door on the terrace you have a patio table and chairs where you can site and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.
In the living/dining room you have the coffee table, 4 chairs and dinning table. wall unit with TV and DVD player (no English tv stations).
You have a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is washing machine located in the utility area off the kitchen.
On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
The 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds, bedside table, headboards, fitted wardrobe however the main bedroom has patio doors which take you out onto the balcony which overlooks the garden area.
The bathroom has a bath with an over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The next set of stairs takes you up to the rooftop solarium with view of the sea and all day sunshine.
The communal pool is situated behind the property which has an outdoor showers and marble benches.
A car would not be essential when staying at this property, you are a very short walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants.
