2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment, 4 single beds, sleeps 6. Real Club Campoamor golf complex.
A flight of stairs lead up to the front door of the apartment. On entry you have a hallway. Off the hallway you have 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room.
The fitted kitchen is fully equiped. There is a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. The patio door at the end of the kitchen takes you out onto the balcony.
The living/dining room has an air-conditioning unit, TV with English channels, stereo, dining table and 4 dining chairs. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, TV, Playstation and games, mirror, table top fan and . There are duvets and bed linen is supplied.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, table top fan, fitted wardrobe with hangers, mirror. There are duvets and bed linen is supplied.
The bathroom comprises bath with over the bath shower, sink, mirror, bidet, toilet. Towels are provided (beach-pool towels are available from our agents at an additional charge).
Additional items in the apartment; set of golf clubs, bbq, 2 heaters, parasol, patio chairs, 2 patio tables, 3 deck chairs.
There are 2 communal swimming pools.
The owner has requested No smoking in the apartment and no pets. Also the apartment is not suitable for disabled because of the stairs.
The apartment is suitable for golfers, families and couples.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes, Murcia airport about 35 minutes drive where airport pick-up can be booked with our agents.
Longer lets available between September and May at £120 per week, bills included (minimum stay 4 weeks).
