Welcome to Property 022
3 bedroom terraced villa that sleeps 6 has 1 bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet with toilet and sink, air conditioning (optional), and you are only 2mins walk to La Mata beach. The property is situated in a gated complex the fully equipped and spacious villa is located on a small exclusive development 2 minutes walk from La Mata’s beautiful sandy beach. There are stunning sea views from roof terrace and communal pool area.
The dining room has a glass table and seating for 6 people this is situated next to a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is washing machine located in the bath room up stairs.
In the living room you have hot and cold air conditioning (optional extra), seating for 6 people, fireplace, TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc), DVD player, stereo, glass coffee table, sideboard and doors leading out onto the terrace where you will find garden chairs, table and beach chairs.
Upstairs you have the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has hot and cold air conditioning (optional extra) a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, ceiling fan light and patio doors leading out to the balcony.
The second bedroom has hot and cold air conditioning (optional extra) a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, ceiling fan light.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, and bedside tables.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink and washing machine.
All local amenities within walking distance; Bars and restaurants, Mercadona supermarket and shops are within easy walking distance.
A welcome pack is provided containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5ltr bottle water, bread, eggs, jam, butter, bottle of white wine.
Local activities: cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, aqua park. Or just walk to the beach and relax. This is a dream holiday you will not forget.
Children are welcome, none smoking, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible. A car is not necessary when staying at this property as there is a regular bus service to Torrevieja town and Alicante. However if you arrive by car parking is available.
Torrevieja town is 10 minutes drive away, the local golf courses within 20 minutes drive (see the link on the rental page) Alicante airport is a 25 minutes drive and Murcia airport 35 minutes drive.
