Welcome to Property 027
This detached 3 bedroom villa is situated in popular Campoverde it is located on the Southern Costa Blanca. The property has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, shower room, kitchen, utility area, living/dining room, there is a sunbathing area around the private pool, and all rooms located on the ground floor. However, there are steps up to the front of the property so is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
At the front of the property you have a large sheltered porch. In the living/dining room you have the coffee table, 4 chairs and dinning table. There is a TV with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc), there is a window looking to the front of the property, window looking to the pool area,
You have a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is washing machine located in the utility area off the kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe and hangers.
The second bedroom is a twin room, with 2 single beds, 2 bedside cabinets, lamp, fitted wardrobe, hangers.
The third bedroom is also a twin room, with 2 single beds, bedside table, and chest of 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe and hangers.
The main bathroom, which is fully tiled with blue tiles, has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, and bidet, sink, mirror with lights.
The shower room is tiled with brown tiles, has a shower, toilet, sink, mirror with lights.
There is also an air conditioning unit in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
For your added comfort there are 4 fans and 2 heaters for the winter.
Stairs to the side of the property take you up to the rooftop solarium.
The private pool has tiling around the edge so you are able to sunbathe on the sun beds or relax in the reclining chairs. A patio table and 4 chairs are available for alfresco dining.
No pets, no smoking in the property.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive. You also have horse-riding and Jet-skiing (summer only) is at Campoamor, 10 minutes drive there is a Mercadona supermarket in Pilar de la Horadada. Gama and Dicost supermarkets in Campoverde. Restaurants and bars are accessible in Campoverde and Pilar de la Horadada. A car would be advisable when staying at this property. Car hire can be arranged if required.
The town of Torrevieja is a 40 minute drive. Pilar de la Horadada 5 minute drive, San Pedro 10 minute drive. There are Markets nearby; San Pedro on a Monday, Campoverde on a Sunday morning, Pilar de la Horadada on a Friday afternoon. Alicante airport is about 60 minutes drive, Murcia airport about 20 minutes drive.
