The three bedroom villa that sleeps 6 to 8 is in Las Ramblas Torrevieja golf complex it has one en-suite and a family bathroom. There is an open lounge/dining area with a large terrace with view to the swimming pool.
There is an American style kitchen complete with large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, ironing board, iron, crockery and glassware.
There are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a 6' bed with en-suite, air-conditioning, heater and a terrace. The bedroom 2 is also a double bed and bedroom 3 is a twin room.
There is also a sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 people and is comfortable sleeping 6).
The air-conditioned lounge/dining area has a dining table and chairs,sofa-bed, coffee table, overhead lights, For entertainment there is a TV, DVD and a music system. games. There is a terrace, which is off the lounge-dining room where you will find a glass top table with 4 chairs where you can look at the pool or watch the sun go down over a glass of wine.
While this luxury villa on a golf course complex is ideally based for the golfer, with two other golf courses within 3/ 5 minutes drive, there are many other reasons for coming to this part of Spain. The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more blue flag in the area a paradise for children to play and swim in the warm waters or just soak up the sun. Other activities are bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
Torrevieja the nearest popular resort to Las Ramblas has many bars and restaurants together with a busy harbour and marina. Market stalls are set out most evenings on the promenade, where all manner of goods can be bought.
There are beautiful buildings to be found in the old cathedral city of Murcia, Cartegena and Alicante has old and new. Excellent for shopping!
The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet area with just 1 minutes walk from a plunge pool with waterfalls and a swimming pool a further 5 minutes walk away. The golf club restaurant is open for meals and snacks throughout the day.
Reliable and reasonable local taxi service and car hire service. Airport transfer can be arranged with our management agent’s collection and return. Airports are only 45 minutes from Alicante and only 20 minutes from Murcia.
The owners have requested that there is no smoking in the apartment and no pets. A car is essential. Our agents also have golf clubs for rent
