Welcome to Property 050
This is a brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, ground floor apartment south facing alarmed which is situated at Playa Flamenca. It comprises lawned garden area with palm tree, patio area, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms one with en-suite shower room, bathroom and kitchen.
The living/dining room comprises a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, TV, with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies etc), DVD player, sideboard, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, the living/dining room has spotlight lighting.
The fully tiled kitchen with window to the side of the property has a breakfast bar, with spotlights above, stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans crockery and cutlery. To the right of the kitchen you have the washing machine and large water heater.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside lamps and ceiling fan lights. There is a window that faces the rear of the property.
There is a fully tiled en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, sink with vanity unity toilet and a window.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, 1 bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, ceiling fan light, bedside lamp and window facing to the side of the property. To accommodate a 5th person there is a fold-up bed.
On the patio you have a table and 5 chairs where you can sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. There is a communal pool however the property does not overlook the pool.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
The apartment is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for water sports including scuba diving.
Additional items; alarm, iron, ironing board, clothes airier, 3 oil filled heaters if you feel a chill in the night, vacuum cleaner.
Bed linen, towels (bath, hand and t-towels) are provided. Beach towels can be provided for an additional charge with our agents in Spain.
The owners have requested that there is no smoking in the apartment. However smoking permitted on the patio area. Sorry there are no pets. Parking is available on the road.
