2 Bedroom ground floor apartment that sleeps 4 at Villamartin. This apartment is on the new Pinada Golf development, VillaMartin on the Costa Blanca. Its location makes it an ideal holiday home for golfers, families or couples. Although it is a ground floor apartment there is a short flight of steps to the front door and unsuitable for wheelchairs.

The apartment has a large terrace and benefits from the sun from sunrise through to early afternoon; comfortable spacious living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is a large double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, both benefit from large double fitted wardrobes and drawer space and plenty of pillows! Bathroom with bath and shower. Satellite TV in lounge and double bedroom.

The communal swimming pool is 2 minutes walk.

Kitchen - 8’9” x 8’0" - Separate fully fitted kitchen, equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and plenty of cutlery, glasses, crockery, kitchen utensils and tea towels.

A rear door leads to a small utility area complete with sink unit, washing machine, clothes airier and outdoor paved area suitable for drying washing.

An iron and iron board are also available for your use.

Living/Dining Area - 18’ x 12’ (approx) - Spacious lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, coffee table, lamps, Satellite TV/Video, DVD/CD player, extending dining room table and four chairs. Patio doors leading to sun terrace.

A collection of CD’s, videos, games and books are also available for your use. Please feel free to bring along your own CD’s/Videos/DVD’s too.

A free standing fan is available for use in the warm summer months.

We have provided a range of other items to make your holiday more enjoyable these include, cool bag and ice blocks, beach parasol and windbreaker, sun loungers, extra blankets and room heater for cooler months. Fans are provided in each room.

Bathroom - Good size fully tiled bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet and well lit large mirror with spotlights over washbasin. A shaving point is located next to the mirror.

Bedroom 1 - 10’6” x 10’6” - Double bedroom over looking sun terrace with comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets with drawers and lamps. Large fitted double wardrobes with plenty of hangers, drawers and mirror, large ceiling fan and spotlights and two floor rugs. A safe is provided for you free of charge for your valuables.

Bedroom 2 - 13’0 x 8’0 - Spacious twin bedroom, with two full size single beds, bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, table lamp, large fitted double wardrobes with drawer unit and mirror, Ceiling fan and spotlights. Extra blankets and pillows are available should you need them. A hairdryer is also available.

Outside to the front there is a large front terrace (approx 16’ 0 x 6’ 6”) with table and chairs for ‘dining out’ and external lighting. The terrace is not overlooked and has views over one of Pinada Golf’s ‘green areas’ with its many pine trees.

The apartment is a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and the town of Torrevieja. The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive. There is a small super market at VillaMartin Plaza are a leisurely stroll away and supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and a large new Mercadona are a 5 minute drive.

Whilst our apartment is walking distance to many of the amenities you require, a car is recommended to appreciate the range of facilities and attractions the area has to offer and to visit the beaches.

Nearest Airports
We are 30 miles (50k) from Alicante Airport, approx. 40 minute drive and 21 miles (35k) from Murcia Airport, approx. 30 minute drive.

For your security the apartment is fitted with an alarm, lockable grills on front door and patio windows. The owners have requested no smoking in the apartment although you can smoke on the terrace also no pets.
