This new, 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 ) north facing apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey building at Entre Naranjos, which is near to San Miguel.
To the front of the property there is a gravelled area and a pathway. The apartment has a sheltered patio area with patio table and 4 chairs.
The main door leads into the living/dining room which has a 3 seater sofa and chair, wall unit with TV There is a TV with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc), DVD player (please take your own DVD’s), dining table and 4 chairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, bed side lamps, fitted wardrobe and a window facing to the front of the property.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe and a window facing the rear of the property
The main bathroom is fully tiled with sink, toilet, bidet and bath with over the bath shower and shower curtain.
The fully fitted kitchen contains sink, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
There is a galleria to the rear of the property.
The apartment also has a clothes airier, iron and ironing board. There are blankets and 2 heaters for the winter for you to use. Also two stand up fans are available for the summer.

The apartment is close to San Miguel and Los Montesinos. Torrevieja is approximately 15-20 minutes drive. The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are just a short drive.
The property is the second away from the communal swimming pool. The apartment is suitable for families, golfers, couples and elderly. A car is essential if you would like to take the advantage of the views, parking is available on the road.
The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels are provided (beach/pool towels are not supplied by us but can be supplied by our agents at a small cost)
The owners have requested that this is a non smoking apartment however there are plenty of places out side to relax and sorry no pets.

Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes, Murcia airport 35 minutes drive.
