This is a newly built 2 bedroom villa located in the Spanish coastal town of Torre de la Horadada which lies at the southernmost end of the Costa Blanca. This villa offers excellent living accommodation, sleeps up to 5 and is ideal for families and golfers alike. It is furnished to a high standard and comprises a large open plan lounge with 3 and 2 seater sofas, TV (English satellite), DVD player and a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with electric cooker/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils. Downstairs there is also a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.
The first floor comprises a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with double and single bed. Both have built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and floor fans with patio doors leading onto a sunny south facing terrace overlooking a green area. There is also a family bathroom with full length bath with shower, bidet, toilet and sink with vanity unit.
The villa also benefits from 2 downstairs patio areas with patio table and 4 chairs for “al fresco” dining, a large roof top solarium with sun loungers and the use of a beautiful communal residents only swimming pool. Long sandy beaches and a lovely marina is a 10 minute walk away.
Torre de la Horadada is situated north of the Mar Menor, just 45 minutes drive south of Alicante and 15 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport. There are approximately 2.5km of beautiful blue flag sandy beaches.
The town has many facilities for everyday use. Restaurants and a supermarket are a 5 minute walk away and there is also a lovely town square surrounded by bars and restaurants. Pueblo Latino plaza is a short 10 minute walk, and is a very popular venue for a coffee or an evening meal. Pilar de la Horadada and San Pedro del Pinatar is a 5 minute drive.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
The villa is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for water sports including scuba diving.
The owners have requested that this is a non smoking villa and sorry no pets.
