The 2 bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a two-storey building at Paraje Natural 3, on the outskirts of Torrevieja.
In the living-dining room you have a coffee table, 4 chairs and dinning table. There is a TV with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies etc) the balcony off the lounge has a table and chairs it also has its own private sunroof with good views over the salt lake and mountains.
You have a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is also a washing machine. A water system has been installed so there is no need to buy bottles of drinking water.
Main bedroom has a king size double bed, beside tables fitted wardrobe and a chest draws.
Bedroom 2 has 2 Single beds beside tables fitted wardrobe and a chest draws.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
There is a communal pool which is a 2 minute walk. On the sunroof you will find table and four chairs, parasol and two sun chairs. You will also find in the apartment hairdryer, electric heaters, safe, alarm clock, clothes airier, cool box, iron and ironing board. There is a fold up bed to sleep one extra person (supply your own bedding for this).
The apartment has parking outside and is close to Torrevieja, beaches (beach/pool towels can be provided by our agents at a small cost) Alicante airport is approximately 45 minute drive away with Murcia airport being 30 minutes. A car is not necessary as there are two bus routes close-by.
