Welcome to Property 074
This property 3 bedroom that sleeps up to 6 people, is located on the popular Verdemar complex and is near the 16th Fairway at Villamartin Golf Club Torrevieja Spain (see the golf link on the main rental page) it is also located near 4 other apartments so large golf parties can be accommodated.
The property comprises 3 bedrooms, main bathroom, en-suite shower room, living/dining room, kitchen and faces south over looking the gardens. It is located near the communal pool where you have a children’s pool area and on the lower level the main communal pool with water fountain and walk over bridge. This villa is an alarmed property.
The villa has a patio at the front for sunbathing and a veranda with awning table and chairs for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.
In the living/dining room you have the coffee table, 4 chairs and dinning table. There is a TV with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies etc),
Off the living/dining room you have the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and electric/gas hob, fridge/freezer, sink, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen you have the utility room which houses a washing machine for your use.
Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms; the first has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, pictures, fitted wardrobe. The patio doors lead out to the rear of the property.
The second bedroom downstairs is the twin bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table, lamp, pictures, and fitted wardrobe.
The main bathroom is located on the ground floor with bath, over the bath shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
Upstairs you have the large third bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, drawers and wardrobe; off of the bedroom you have the en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The patio doors lead to a south facing balcony with patio table and chairs and sun beds.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
There are some excellent walks in the pine woods nearby and the apartment is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for water sports including scuba diving.
Air conditioning has been installed in the bedrooms and living room and can be supplied as an optional extra.
Reliable and reasonable local taxi service and car hire service. Airport transfer can be arranged with our management agents in Spain collection and return. Airports are only 45 minutes from Alicante and only 20 minutes from Murcia.
The owners have asked that the property is non-smoking however there are plenty of places to smoke out side and sorry there are no pets.
