This 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment with roof solarium, sleeps 4 at Verdemar, Villamartin. The prestigious north facing apartment with view to the stream, lawned rear garden, with flowers and trees and rooftop solarium.
There is a lovely walk from parking your car to the apartment. On the left you pass the communal pool and to your left and right you have a stream with palms and plants. The apartment has a gate, pathway and steps leading to a sheltered patio area with table and 4 chairs. To the side of the patio are there are steps leading to rooftop solarium.
The living/dining room has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, side-board; there is a TV with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies etc),
stereo, coffee table, table top fan, decorative fireplace, gas heater, dining table and 4 chairs.
The fully tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob with 2 electric and 2 gas rings, microwave, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar. The utility area has a washing machine and sink.
The master bedroom has a double bed, mirror, 2 bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan light. There are patio doors that lead to a sheltered area and then out on to the rear lawned garden with trees, shrubs and flowers.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and has the view of the rear garden.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with bath with over the bath shower, toilet sink and bidet.
There are sun-loungers for use on the rooftop solarium.
Outside the gate you have a stream with palms and plants.
The enclosed and gated communal pool is a few feet away; you are unable to see children in the pool from the apartment. Parking is available on the road. A car is recommended.
The owners have requested that this is a no smoking in the apartment and sorry any pets. However the apartment is suitable for families, golfers and couples.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches the nearest beach is two miles away with several more in the area, golf, bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within walking distance or short drive.
There are some excellent walks in the pine woods nearby and the apartment is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for water sports including scuba diving.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes, Murcia airport being 30 minutes drive.
