This 3 bedroom villa is situated in the new urbanisations of Campoverde, and 5km from the town of Pilar de la Horadada. The property has a large terrace at front with parking space at side which is reached by a private driveway via an electronic security gate, air conditioning has been installed.
On the ground floor you have the entrance to the property, with alarm, a single bedroom with ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers and a mirror. Also on the ground floor you have a shower room which comprises toilet, sink with vanity unit, mirror shower tray and shower curtain. There is a handrail in the shower area.
Leading through a large archway you have the living/dining room which has a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa, mirror, pictures, ornamental fireplace, dining table and 6 dining chairs. Patio doors lead onto the large terrace, with table, 6 patio chairs and parasol.
An archway off of the living/dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen which comprises electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and hob.
Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom (2 single beds) with bedside table and 3 drawers, a chest of 5 drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers, lamp and mirror. This room has a view of the communal swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 beside tables, lamp, chest of 5 drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers and mirror. There is a balcony with table and 2 chairs.
The main bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, sink with vanity unit, bidet, mirror and toilet.
Moving to the top of the property you have the roof top solarium with 4 patio loungers with cushions, 2 recliners with cushions, 4 patio chairs, 1 patio table and parasol.
The villa also blankets for the winter, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
There is a communal pool which is very close to the property.
You are a 10 minute drive to the beach. There is a Mercadona supermarket in Pilar de la Horadada. Gama and Dicost supermarkets in Campoverde (old part). Restaurants and bars are accessible in Campoverde (old part) and Pilar de la Horadada. A car would be advised.
Golf courses are approximately 20 minutes drive.
The town of Torrevieja is a 40 minute drive. Pilar de la Horadada 5 minute drive, San Pedro 10 minute drive.
The nearest market is San Pedro and is held every Monday.
Horse-riding and Jet-skiing (summer only) is available at Campoamor, 30 minutes drive.
Alicante airport is about 60 minutes drive, Murcia airport about 20 minutes drive.
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.
There is a travel cot, pushchair, child“s bed rail if required.
The villa is suitable for families, couples and golfers.
No pets. The villa is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
