This is a brand new 2 Bedroom townhouse that sleeps 4-6 situated at Algorfa. La Finca golf course is a 2 minute drive. The townhouse has stunning views over the countryside from the roof solarium which has constant sunshine.
The outside has off-road parking and a sheltered porch, great for dining or just watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.
The lounge comprises; ceiling fan, 3 seater sofa bed, 2 rocking chairs, coffee table, pictures, electric heater, wall unit, there is a TV with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies etc). You also have a DVD/CD player (a selection of CD's and DVD's are provided for your enjoyment) please feel free to fetch your own CD’s or DVD’s
You have a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is also a washing machine for your use.
There is a downstairs fully tiled guest facility with a toilet and sink.
The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, double bed, fitted wardrobes, shelving units, hangers, bedside tables, lamps and hairdryer.
The twin bedroom, with ceiling fan light, has 2 single beds, bedside table, lamp, chest of 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe, storage unit with drawers and hangers.
The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, bidet, bath, over the bath shower, sink with vanity unit and mirror.
Off the main bedroom you have a large balcony with table and chairs and a metal spiral staircase leading to the large sunny roof solarium with fantastic breath taking views of the surrounding area. There are sun-loungers, 6 patio chairs, 1 patio table and a washing line for your use.
The perfect place for a holiday in the sun with good beaches The nearest beach is only 15 min away with several more in the area, golf La Finca golf course, which is close to this property, is a 72 handicap, 6,400 metre course set amongst olive trees and landscaping. (See golf link on main rental page), bowling, fishing and bird watching. There are restaurants of all types that are within the area and more only short drive away.
There is a communal swimming pool with nice gardens and grass area witch is only a short walk away.
Bed linen and towels are included (except beach/pool towels these can be supplied by our agent at a small cost). Blankets are available for the winter.
Ideal accommodation for golfers and families however it is unsuitable for wheelchairs due to the stairs. Algorfa has a pretty, quiet square which is just off the main road where a small market is held every Wednesday.
The owner has asked this to be a non smoking inside the townhouse; however, smoking permitted on balconies, solarium or area at the rear of the property and sorry no pets.
We suggest that a car would be required if you would like to take in the local sights.
