Non refundable deposit of 25% of rental balance required to secure booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, or if less than 8 weeks full payment on booking. Refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, payable on arrival some owners have set a lower deposit please ask when booking. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the holiday price, (but not beach towels these can be supplied by our agents in Spain at a small cost). Changeovers any day of the week subject to availability. Welcome pack containing: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and 5ltr bottle of water, bread, butter, jam, eggs bottle of white wine (if you require any extra please tell us when you book). Optional extra: If air conditioning units are fitted there is an extra charge for this €40-€50 per week depending on how many units are fitted, this is payable on arrival at the property. However, some owners include this in the price. Other items that can be rented from our agents are Fold up bed, High chair, Travel Cot (However, not bedding), Buggy and golf clubs. Paid to our agent If arriving or departing at the property between the hours of 23.01 and 07.59 a payment of €30 will be payable on arrival and at the property to cover late night or early morning collection of keys.
